Edge AI Mass Deployment

Sensor-fed meshed networks that run without the cloud

At a glance
  • Local AI on every node: inference runs at the edge, not in someone else's cloud
  • Sensor-fed mesh networks that share learning peer-to-peer
  • Built for resilience: keeps working offline, at scale, in the field

Live demo

Explore every site in 3D

Pick a site at the top of the demo — office, commercial building, factory, operator, infrastructure or retail.

Local models on every box

Each site runs its own small model on a compact edge box — inference happens in the building, the store, the station. No round-trip to the cloud means sub-second reaction and zero data leaving by default.

Sensors feeding the mesh

Temperature, vibration, door contacts, power meters, cameras — raw sensor streams are interpreted locally, then distilled into a few meaningful events the mesh can share between sites.

Meshed, not centralised

Sites exchange lessons peer-to-peer: one store's defrost insight propagates to 119 others. Intelligence emerges from the network without a single brain in the cloud.

Runs without the uplink

When the internet drops, the box keeps its own rules, keeps its own record, and keeps the site safe. Evidence is written locally every day — NIS2-grade, by design.

01

Private Home

Your house, this month

Open

Edge AI for residential homes — solar, battery, EV charging, and security managed locally, with the house learning from its own sun and habits.

  • Energy and savings: battery full at 12:40, so both cars and hot water took the spare sun instead of the grid
  • Ash suggests, tomorrow brings 96 kWh of sun, leave car 2 plugged in and charge from 11:00
  • Security: a man at the front door for two minutes at 02:10: he did not ring
02

Office

Your office, this month

Open

Edge AI for offices — a local agent that answers from your CRM, files, and mail without sending a single document out, with 6 hours saved per person every week.

  • Answers from your own data, "What did we offer Müller GmbH last year?", pulled from CRM, the PDF, and Anna's mail
  • Ash suggests: three customers haven't heard from us in 60 days; the Schmidt contract renews in 30
  • Security and permissions, asked for the salary list, Ash said no, that person can't open the HR folder
03

Retail

Your region, this month

Open

Edge AI for retail regions — each store's box watches refrigeration and energy locally, shares lessons across 120 stores, and never sends a reading out.

  • Food safety stays local, freezer TK-04 at Weinheim-Süd warmed with its door open, the store's own box told the manager at once
  • Energy across the region, Hockenheim's lesson, defrost when the case needs it, not on the clock; 38 of 112 defrosts were not needed
  • Ash suggests, Neckarau's CO2 rack short-cycles, send lesson L-8 to the other large stores?
04

Infrastructure

Your station, this month

Open

Edge AI for infrastructure stations — runs on its own rules when the uplink is cut, writes NIS2 evidence every day, and spots bearing wear days before failure.

  • Runs without the uplink: at 02:47 the uplink was cut: the station ran on its own rules all night and kept its record
  • Security at the gate: 02:51 the north gate opened without a badge; the on-call engineer was alerted over the backup path and on site by 03:31
  • See wear early, pump 2's bearing is at 6.4 mm/s, fourth day up, while pump 1 on the same header is flat, Ash suggests running pump 1 as lead
05

Commercial Building

Your building, this month

Open

Edge AI agents monitoring safety, energy, and compliance for commercial buildings — from a person-down alert to a daily § 71a record, all on-device.

  • Safety first, camera detects a person down on stair B and alerts the first-aider instantly, words, never video
  • Energy and savings: air handler follows CO₂ and occupancy, not a fixed timetable
  • Ash suggests: supply-air diagnostics flag a hunting coil valve before it wastes energy
06

Factory

Your plant, this month

Open

Predictive maintenance and air-gapped safety for factory floors — bearing wear detected days before failure, with PLC rules holding the final say.

  • See it early: motor bearing wear detected 5 days before failure, at the loaded end only
  • Ash suggests, plan the bearing change for Thursday's stop, an hour instead of a shift
  • Your PLC stays in charge: a proposed speed change was stopped by PLC guard-block rules
07

Operator

Your sites, this month

Open

Multi-site edge AI for operators managing hundreds of locations — each site runs autonomously on its own box, and lessons learned at one spread to all.

  • Only what needs a person, 2 of 340 sites self-reported, the rest ran quietly
  • Every site at a glance: the group sees status and lessons, never raw data
  • One site learns, all get better: a pump-bearing pattern approved locally spreads to every station
