Head of Screening Centre & Research Group Leader
Founded and led the KIT Screening Centre focused on high-throughput in vivo screening, imaging, and cell-array technologies. Developed intelligent microscopes and high-speed data-processing systems for large-scale image analysis and bioinformatics. Built industry collaborations with Olympus and Leica and contributed to startup creation in biotechnology. Advised 30+ group leaders on technical development strategies as Co-Founder of the KIT Accelerator Lab.

Designed and deployed high-throughput screening platforms for the Human Genome Mitocheck project. Integrated Leica Microsystems and Olympus Europe technologies to improve data acquisition and analysis.
