AI Meshed Memory System

The gap is the plan

Capability we own vs. capability we rent

At a glance
  • Many agents, one person: capability that compounds instead of being rented
  • Eight levels, from the individual to humanity: the gap between what we own and what we rent is the plan

The agent network across eight levels

01

The Individual

Anyone paying monthly for a chat box nobody taught them to understand.

What we build

A vendor-agnostic course — what a model is, how to judge tools on merit, how to run them on hardware you already own — plus an open benchmark you run yourself.

What the market sells

A subscription to one vendor's interface. You learn the product, not the technology, so the skill does not travel.

02

Community

A household, a lab group, a five-person team, a Verein — people who share everything except compute.

What we build

One machine serves the whole group as a private endpoint. One model library, one set of running costs, no per-seat licence. The arithmetic flips at roughly five people — and stays flipped.

What the market sells

Per-seat SaaS. The bill grows with every person you add, for ever.

03

Organization

A research institute, an SME, a clinic, a school — anywhere know-how is the actual asset.

What we build

Hybrid by workload, through one gateway you can see and cap. The decisive piece is distributed local memory: the organisation's own store, read by whichever model is best this year.

What the market sells

A per-employee licence plus managed inference. Institutional memory lands in an index you cannot export.

04

City & Region

A city, a Landkreis, a university town, a municipal utility. Heidelberg is where we start.

What we build

An AI commons at municipal scale: compute in the municipal datacentre, waste heat into district heating, a public model library, the course in libraries and schools. What one city learns, the next inherits free.

What the market sells

A smart-city suite from one integrator. Every neighbouring city buys the same thing separately, at full price.

05

Country

A national government and the systems it runs — schools, health, administration, procurement.

What we build

Procurement that requires a working exit path before signature. Models trained with public money released as public goods. Capability is not one champion model — it is how many can run and adapt one without permission.

What the market sells

Sovereign cloud regions: the same stack, in-country, wrapped in compliance. Jurisdiction moves; control does not.

06

Continent

100 million Europeans. This is the level the whole number lives on.

What we build

Not one champion racing the frontier — a federated commons: shared weights, shared evaluation, shared curriculum. Capability that compounds across borders instead of being bought twenty-seven times.

What the market sells

Europe as a customer of non-European stacks — regulating a technology it does not build.

07

Planet

The physical substrate every level above runs on. This is where physics vetoes originate.

What we build

Efficiency as a design goal, not a footnote. The smallest model that solves the task, cached and batched, run where the power is clean. The number that matters is joules per useful answer.

What the market sells

Scale as the only strategy. The energy and the water land in someone else's report, on someone else's grid.

08

Humanity

The people who come next — and everything we wrote down before them.

What we build

Open weights, open curricula, open evaluations — public artefacts that outlive the company that made them. Teaching a hundred million people to understand and run this is the actual deliverable.

What the market sells

Closed weights, revocable APIs, models deprecated on a business schedule.
